Kristen Monroe is the owner of Ultimate Web Design, LLC and Ultimate Eco Print.com.

Kristen Monroe graduated Marshalltown Community College with a 3.96 GPA from the Computer Applications Specialist program. She is a certified Microsoft Office Specialist Master Instructor.

Kristen is an Instructor of Web Design and Office Training for Iowa Valley Continuing Education and Ketels Contract Training.

She sits on the Marshalltown Community College Business and Computer Applications Advisory Committee, the Marshalltown Chamber of Commerce Membership Committee, the Marshalltown Young Professionals Executive Board, Connect Committee, and the Social/Professional Development Committee, the Youth and Shelter Services of Marshalltown Advisory Board.

She is a proud supporter of "Target 5 Buy In!". She was the 2008 Spirit Committee Chairperson for The Partner with Youth Campaign. Kristen was one of 2007's Times Republican 30 Under 40. She was also awarded the 2008 Chamber of Commerce Outstanding Volunteer of the Year award.
